Aluminum frames are lighter than steel, making them easier to transport and set up. Despite being lightweight, they are still incredibly strong and importantly they are resistant to rust and corrosion. Steel frames offer a worse strength-to-weight ratio, and they are also susceptible to weathering.

Our warranties ensure that your tent frame stays strong and reliable for years. However, they do not cover accidental damage, including wind-related damage, extreme weather conditions, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Yes, Rocket Canopy tops are made from high-quality, heavy-duty 600D PU-lined materials designed to withstand the elements. Our fabrics are resistant to UV rays, tearing, and general wear and tear, ensuring a long lifespan for your canopy. They are backed by a 12-month warranty.
Yes, each Rocket Canopy comes with a protective storage cover but we do recommend upgrading to our Wheeled Storage bag for easy transport and to fully protect the frame from scratches and damage during storage.
To secure your Rocket Canopy in windy conditions, we recommend using tie down ropes and stakes when setting up on grass. For extra stability, or for hard surfaces, we sell a range of water filled weights and metal weights plates to help keep your canopy secure. See the Accessories section for more information.
Yes, Rocket Canopy frames come with adjustable legs, allowing you to easily raise or lower the canopy to your desired height. There are 5 height settings, and the Pro Series has a minimum head clearance of 72.8” on setting 1, and 87.4” on setting 5. We recommend using the tent on height setting three.

Yes, our canopies are made from waterproof 600D PU-lined material, ensuring protection from rain. They also meet fire-retardant standards CPAI-84 and NFPA701, offering peace of mind during events or gatherings. There is an FR label sewn into each canopy that states the material meets the requirements of CPAI-84 and NFPA701 standards.
All canopies have 2” Velcro on the inside edge as standard. When you purchase walls for your tent simply attach the Velcro on the wall(s) to the Velcro on the canopy, then secure the 2” Velcro tabs around the frame legs for extra stability. Walls can typically be added or removed in under two minutes.
