We're proud to offer our incredible Lifetime Warranty on Pro Series tent frames and hardware! Here's everything you need to know to submit your warranty request:

Important Notes:

What’s Covered:

• Frames: We’ve got you covered for life! If you experience any issues with your Pro Series frame we’ll ship you the parts you need to repair it —we just ask you to cover shipping. Each parts order will have a flat shipping fee of $39.
• Accessories: We’ll replace or repair accessories like Pro Roller Bags or Wall Storage Bags one time if they’re damaged.

What’s Not Covered:

• Sport Series Frames: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a lifetime warranty on our Sport Series frame. However we do offer a 2 year warranty’s and after two years you can purchase replacement parts for these frames at any time.
• Canopies & Walls: All of our Canopies and Walls are covered by a two year warranty that covers manufacturer defects. Accidental damage is not covered.

What We Need to Process Your Claim:

Please don’t throw away any damaged items! In order to process your warranty, we’ll need photos of the damaged products. Our Warranty Specialist will evaluate the severity of the issue and determine which parts you need to get your tent back up and running.

Shipping Costs:

For frame part warranty claims, the $39 shipping fee must be paid upfront before we can ship out your replacement items.
